Q: Rough skin doesn't go away? A: Skin toners may not be enough if your skin is too dry. Maintain moisture balance by using moisturizing essence as well. When putting on makeup, protect your skin by using base makeup products that contain enough moisture and face and body liquids containing plenty of mineral oil. Q: Stinging Sensation after basic skin care? A: If you feel like your skin is stinging after a basic skin care routine, try putting on some suncream as the base. So there you go.
